Shepherds Ministries is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the largest ministry advancement effort in their history. Shepherds Ministries serves adults and now students (with the New Shepherds College) with developmental disabilities turning those "disabilities into capabilities." 15 months ago they conducted a Pre-Campaign Survey and kicked off a $25 million dollar campaign. $15 million was to be raised over the first 3 years for the college and for program and capital advancement. The remaining $10 million was slated to be raised through planned and deferred giving over the next 10 years. Daniel Di Donato Vice-President for Advancement shares this campaign update "$11,700,000 has been raised in 15 months (for a monthly average of $780,000 in new monies)." He reported this is three times the monies raised in our last two campaigns combined and the total is still going up". Dan states, "the men and women of The Timothy Group have led the way from the study, through the quiet phase to the general campaign. They even make donor calls with the Shepherds Team!"
