The Timothy Group may use one or more affiliated consultants for specialized parts of services, such as Pre-Campaign Study interviews.

Howard F. Nourse
Former Executive Vice President of The Timothy Group, Dr. Howard Nourse serves clients in the areas of capital campaigns, major donor solicitation training and strategy, planned giving, development assessments, pre-campaign studies and strategic planning.
A member of the 1960 Ohio State NCAA championship basketball team, Howard was involved in Christian higher education as an athletic director, coach and administrator for over 16 years. Prior to joining The Timothy Group, he served as a consultant for a national consulting firm and as Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Milligan College.
Howard has successfully led campaigns with churches and para-church ministries, focusing on a planned approach to helping individuals recognize and grow in their role as stewards of God's resources. He leads workshops for such organizations as the Christian Leadership Alliance, Evangelical Development Ministry and the Association of Christian Schools International.

Arlen Halsne
Arlen worked in construction most of his career and then at age 54 he accepted a call to pastor a church. Since joining The Timothy Group Team, he has conducted personal interviews for Pre-Campaign Studies and Program Planning Studies in more than fifteen states. Arlen's warm personality makes him an ideal representative for Timothy Group clients. When he's not traveling for work, he enjoys his three children, nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In his free time, you'll find him working on a Sunday school lesson, or on a tree stand waiting for the trophy buck.

Larry Hoff
Larry owns his own specialized fasteners company. He has traveled internationally to teach stewardship principles to ministry leaders. He has worked with the Timothy Group on numerous interview assignments.

Gary Deckert
Gary spent thirty-six years of his professional career as a social worker, manager and administrator with The Salvation Army. His expertise is in program development, personnel staffing, facility oversight, budget analysis, and financial management. Gary has a passion for amplifying programs that meet the needs of hurting people and share the love of Jesus Christ.

Roger Roskamp
Roger has devoted his entire professional life to Christian education. He has served as teacher, teaching principal, principal, superintendent and director of development for schools in Michigan, Florida and Colorado.
